Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases.

All content on our Services — including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, and audio — is owned by Kronoscreation or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. All STL files sold are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Section 7 — Digital Products

Digital products (STL files) are delivered via instant download after payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. The license granted is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Section 8 — Privacy Policy

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Section 9 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Kronoscreation is headquartered (Marina di Carrara, MS, Italia).
